Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Oracle Fusion Engineer – Financials to architect, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in the Government Cloud. You will manage security, data access, and integrations while ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance across financials, procurement and EPM workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with OIC, BI Publisher/OTBI, HDL/FBDI, and strong SQL data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle security and permissions (roles, privileges, and data access).
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and data models; API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
• SQL and data analysis; Fusion Middleware/OIC proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials/Procurement/HCМ; OIC, BI Publisher/OTBI, FBDI/HDL, security model.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, PPM, EPM).
• Manage ERP environments in Oracle Government Cloud; ensure data governance and security.
• Coordinate patches, releases, and environment refreshes; analyze release notes and perform testing.

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking to fill an open position for an Oracle Fusion Engineer – Financials (Oracle Gov Cloud – ERP System) within a Web Development Specialty Applications (WDSA) team. In this role, the candidate will work with other team members responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions deployed within the Oracle Government Cloud environment. This role ensures system reliability, security compliance, and optimal performance while supporting business-critical financial, procurement, and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Fusion ERP functional knowledge with technical engineering capabilities, particularly in secure, regulated environments such as government or public sector cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including:
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR)
  • Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
  • Project Financial Management (PPM)
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
• Manage ERP environments hosted in Oracle Government Cloud
  • Maintain data governance and security best practices as well as knowledge of government cloud security constraints
  • Monitor system availability, performance, and security logs
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Optimize system performance and user experience
• Work with the team to manage Oracle quarterly/monthly updates and patches:
  • Coordinate environment refreshes, patching, and deployment cycles
  • Analyze release notes
  • Perform impact assessments
  • Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT)
• Design and maintain integrations using:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • File-based data imports/exports (FBDI)
• Support advanced reporting and analytics requirements by developing custom solutions using:
  • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • Fast Formulas
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data extracts for stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to provide end‑user support, requirements gathering, and technical solutions

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle security and permissions (roles, privileges, and data access)
• Strong understanding of:
  • ERP architecture and data models
  • API-based integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • SQL and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Fusion Middleware/OIC
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Procurement and HCM
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • BI Publisher / OTBI
  • FBDI and HDL data loads
  • Oracle security model (roles, privileges, data access)
• Background in programming with proven experience in one or more programming languages
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and familiarity with shell scripting
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
• Strong and clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail, especially in compliance-driven work
• Familiarity with DevOps and release management processes
