Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead enterprise reporting and AI-driven analytics solutions across finance, supply chain, and HCM. You will architect data platforms, guide senior stakeholders, and deliver Oracle-based analytics for global clients.

You’ll manage distributed teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% as required. EY offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with broad cloud tech exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in information systems, CS, engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years in technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics projects.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across ERP systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC and Oracle cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements end-to-end.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, KPI frameworks and data governance.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures for ERP/HR/CRM.
• Lead workshops, reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned to business goals.
• Manage distributed teams, ensure quality, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business goals into AI, data, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
