Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager in the US to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX. You will work with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and architect modern data platforms.

You will manage distributed teams, drive client relationships, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior staff. Travel up to 50% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4-6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle cloud apps.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global delivery teams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX data architectures.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% per client/project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing and production deployments.
• Develop reporting and analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage geographically distributed project teams ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
• Support business development through proposals, demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.
