EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead enterprise reporting and AI-driven analytics solutions across ERP domains. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• 4–6 years of experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, BI platforms.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics/reporting engagements across global delivery teams.
• Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures supporting Oracle ERP modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and transformations.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality delivery and budget adherence.
• Translate business goals into AI, data, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development through proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive collaboration.
