Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX. You will work with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics.

You will mentor teams, travel up to 50%, and contribute to business development while shaping innovative cloud analytics for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and BI platforms.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX data architectures and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting, and analytics architectures for ERP/CRM.
• Lead requirements sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligning analytics to business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensuring quality, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, demonstrations, and client workshops.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team environment.
