Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics and AI-powered solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape reporting strategies and architect modern data platforms.

You will oversee strategy through execution, manage distributed teams, and drive client relationships while mentoring junior staff. Travel may be required as needed by clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4-6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• 4+ years of experience leading Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing activities, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams with quality delivery and budget adherence.
• Translate business goals into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team environment.
