Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager located in the United States to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that maximize Oracle Cloud investments. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver analytics across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX.

You will guide engagements from strategy to deployment, manage distributed teams, and mentor colleagues while driving business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies for Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Cloud Applications, BI platforms, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and related apps.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensure quality delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business/tech stakeholders.
• Support business development: proposals, demos, workshops, executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
