Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. You will work with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and manage geographically distributed teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or business.
• 4–6 years technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics platforms.
• 4–6 years experience defining enterprise reporting strategies for Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Fusion Cloud Applications, BI platforms and data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting across Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle modules.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with digital transformation.
• Manage geographically distributed project teams ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
