Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Manager in the United States to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver analytics initiatives across ERP, HCM, SCM and CX.

Qualifications include 4–6 years in technology consulting, hands-on Oracle cloud analytics experience, and strong leadership to manage distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics platforms.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements with global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle apps.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC security frameworks including auth and data access.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Advise on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting, and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Lead requirements sessions, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensuring quality delivery and budget
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote inclusive team culture.
