Job summary

EY is looking for an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will work with senior clients to define reporting strategies and deliver Oracle-based analytics across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX.

You will engage with external clients, lead workstreams from planning through execution, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6 years in tech consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4–6 years leading reporting strategies for Oracle ERP and related systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps and BI platforms.
• 4+ years guiding Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy to support.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, architecture reviews, testing and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with client objectives.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business/tech stakeholders.
• Support business development, including proposals, demos, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team environment.
