EY in the United States seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments.

You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX functions while mentoring teams and supporting business development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics.
• 4-6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Fusion Cloud Applications and data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC security frameworks, including authentication and data-level security.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements end-to-end.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Manage geographically distributed project teams with quality and budget oversight.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team environment.
