Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud investments. You will define reporting strategies with senior stakeholders and architect modern data platforms to support ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and more.

You will drive multi-team engagements, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development through solution demos and client workshops, ensuring successful deployments globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, CS, engineering or business.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4–6 years leading and delivering Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• 4+ years of global delivery experience on Oracle cloud analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gatherings, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, deployments.
• Develop analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams with focus on quality and budget.
