EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that maximize Oracle Cloud investments.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and guide global delivery teams across finance, HR, supply chain, and customer experience to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting experience delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Experience leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and data governance.
• Design scalable cloud-based data architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive culture.
