EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that maximize Oracle Cloud value. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and deliver analytics across finance, HR, supply chain, and CX.

You will manage distributed teams, drive design from strategy to deployment, and mentor junior members while supporting business development and client workshops.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics projects.
• Experience leading Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements across global teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into AI, data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication with executive audiences and capability to manage distributed delivery teams.

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures supporting Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and related apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps for reporting and analytics aligned with business objectives and transformation.
• Mentor junior team members and manage budgets, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support business development with proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.
