Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and analytics leadership. You will guide enterprise reporting strategies, design cloud data architectures, and lead global delivery teams across ERP/HCM/SCM/CX, driving AI-driven analytics and client value.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to define strategies, manage workstreams, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions while mentoring junior staff and expanding EY’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering or business.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics
• 4–6 years of enterprise reporting strategy experience across Oracle ERP
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps and BI
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, and testing activities.
• Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with business objectives and transformations.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality and budgets.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Support proposals, client workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
