EY is hiring an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, HR, supply chain, and CX. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics on a global scale.

You will manage geographically distributed teams, drive client relationships, and contribute to business development while mentoring peers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4–6 years of enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and related systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle cloud analytics.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements across global delivery teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP modules.
• Lead requirements sessions, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
