Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX, maximizing Oracle Cloud investments.

You will work with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and guide distributed teams through planning, execution and deployment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on enterprise reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other apps.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships as a trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
• Support business development with proposals, demos, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
