Job summary

EY is hiring an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics solutions.

You will manage distributed teams, drive digital transformation initiatives, and shape analytics roadmaps while mentoring junior colleagues in a collaborative EY

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, CS, engineering or business.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies for Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics projects across global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI data platform engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, governance, KPIs.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP suites.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and support business development and proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team culture.
