Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Oracle Fusion transformation across HCM, PLM, R2R, and O2D. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage plans and budgets, coordinate executives and vendors, and ensure successful deployment and stabilization in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology project management experience.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion or similar ERP transformations.
• Strong knowledge of HCM, PLM, R2R, and O2D processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of an Oracle Fusion transformation across multiple workstreams.
• Develop integrated project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Validate future-state designs and ensure adoption of Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Oversee testing, cutover, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
