Job summary

Nextech Solutions is seeking a skilled ERP program leader to drive a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation focused on Financials. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, and IT, managing requirements, design, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

The role emphasizes strategic coordination, stakeholder management, and executive reporting to ensure a smooth deployment and post-production stabilization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex enterprise ERP initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP, especially Oracle Financials.
• Experience managing ERP lifecycle activities and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, and executive reporting.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating data migration, integrations, and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation workstreams across Financials and related functions.
• Coordinate requirements, design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Agile and hybrid delivery ceremonies.
• Develop schedules, governance materials, RAID logs, and action items.
• Coordinate Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Operations and IT teams.
• Coordinate with Oracle and external partners.
• Support data migration validation, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Provide executive reporting and issue resolution.
