Job summary

Huron is seeking a Director to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Financial implementations and oversee client engagement delivery. This role requires deep finance-architecture knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage onshore and offshore resources across multiple projects.

The Director will mentor staff, drive solution delivery, and pursue opportunities to expand work with clients while upholding Huron’s commitment to excellence and results. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
• Lead design sessions across multiple Oracle Financial modules and be comfortable hands-on.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Financial implementation as both a Finance Architect and Engagement Lead, driving solution architecture and delivery execution.
• Must be comfortable leading onshore and offshore support resource.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills—oral and written—and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives.
• Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
