Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials design and implementation for clients in the United States. You will guide architecture, run workshops with stakeholders, and oversee configuration, testing, and end-user training across GL, AR, Assets, Cash Lease Accounting, AP and Projects.

You will drive multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency designs, manage client relationships, and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead design and architecture solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
• Ability to manage complex global designs (multi-GAAP, multi-COA, multi-currency).
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Consulting background strongly preferred. Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Develop complex solution architecture for Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AR, Assets, Cash Lease Accounting, AP and Projects.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Lead senior client interaction and oversee configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
