Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs in the Engineering & Construction space. You will manage executive client relationships, drive multi-million-dollar pursuits, and oversee end-to-end delivery and solution architecture across North America.

This role involves significant travel (50–75%), leading cross-functional teams, and developing accelerators to capture strategic bookings and grow revenue for the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience in E&C.
• Proven track record leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs.
• Manage executive-level client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations.
• Define scope, budget, and delivery roadmap; ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and program execution excellence.
• Develop and scale Oracle offerings for E&C and drive co-sell motions with Oracle.
