Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Director to lead complex Oracle transformation programs in the Engineering & Construction sector across North America. You will drive large-scale pursuits, shape solution architecture, and oversee delivery excellence with a focus on project-centric operations, finance integration, and Oracle construction solutions.

The role requires travel 50–75% and a proven ability to generate revenue, manage client relationships, and expand the firm’s footprint in North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 7+ years in Engineering & Construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation ($2M+ annually).
• Experience working with Oracle alliance and co-sell models.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for an annual target of bookings — large, complex E&C pursuits.
• Lead end-to-end solutioning and deal strategy for Oracle-based E&C transformations.
• Develop and scale E&C-specific Oracle offerings and integrations.
• Partner with Oracle to drive co-sell motions in E&C.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in E&C industry processes and OS delivery.
