Job summary

TBC Corporation, a leader in the mobility and tire services space, is seeking a Financial Technology Manager to own and optimize the Oracle EPM platform across planning, consolidation, and reporting. This role demands balancing hands-on system expertise with senior stakeholder influence to enable enterprise-wide adoption.

The successful candidate will drive governance, data integrity, and automation across Oracle EPM and related finance platforms, shaping the future-state finance operating model

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of EPM architecture, business rules, and calculation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting).
• Experience with data integration tools (FDMEE/Data Management, APIs).
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, Financials) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting).
• Serve as Finance product owner for Oracle EPM; translate business needs into scalable processes.
• Manage user access, security frameworks, and role-based permissions.
• Perform system configurations, metadata management, and environment migrations (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with Oracle support.
• Lead testing for quarterly releases and patches; drive adoption of best practices.
• Develop end-user training and documentation to drive self-service capabilities.
