Invesco is seeking a Director of Finance Data and Transformation to lead the Finance-Technology partnership and guide the ERP/EPM portfolio. You will drive requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and adjacent finance applications.

The role emphasizes executive stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivering measurable business value; a senior, global team leadership mandate with strong control and compliance focus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in finance systems, including 5+ years leading distributed/offshore teams.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM.
• Experience eliciting requirements, leading functional design, and configuring finance apps in production.
• Proven liaison between Finance and Technology with cross-team dependency management.
• Experience with ITSM processes (ServiceNow).
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance credential preferred.
