Job summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Oracle Financial Reporting Analyst to develop and deliver operational financial reporting solutions within the University Finance and Administration division, supporting over 2,000 Oracle ERP and Tableau users.
The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specifications, develop reports using Oracle ERP tools, validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support end-user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics or CS with 5+ years in financial/operational report development.
- Experience with Oracle ERP tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, FRS) and Oracle SQL.
- Higher education or public sector experience preferred; Tableau experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver financial and operational reports using Oracle ERP tools.
- Validate data, troubleshoot issues and support end-user training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
- Manage reporting requests via Jira and ServiceNow.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
