Job summary

UCSF is seeking an Oracle Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards across Oracle Cloud ERP and related systems. You will translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and usability across the enterprise.

The role collaborates with BSAs and cross-functional teams, leveraging OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW while supporting month-end processes and new reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in relational database, SQL, or SDLC.
• 3+ years as a Reporting Analyst supporting Oracle Cloud modules (SCM/HCM/Financials).
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Ability to prepare complex data models unassisted.
• Ability to understand and model Oracle ERP data structures (HCM).
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards across Oracle Cloud HCM to meet needs.
• Build and optimize BI Publisher data models and templates for reports and integrations.
• Develop OTBI analyses to support operational and strategic reporting.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and support during month-end and other cycles.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT to ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.
• Promote self-service analytics with shared reports and training materials.
• Assist in legacy-to-Oracle Cloud reporting transitions.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for reporting tools.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, and Oracle ERP enhancements.
