Job summary

Everest is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join the Oracle Finance Center of Excellence in Warren, NJ. You will manage, configure, and train users on the Oracle Finance Systems ecosystem, driving improvements, documenting processes, and supporting production systems.

The role requires 1-3 years in Financial Systems with Oracle Financials; experience with ERP/EPM modules and reporting tools is preferred. Offers include health insurance, 401k match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Functional Financial Systems experience.
• 1-3 years of experience working with Oracle Financials from a functional standpoint, preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM modules such as FAH, GL, FCCS, EPBCS, EDM or PCM.
• Experience with Oracle reporting tools SmartView, Narrative Reporting, OTBI or BI Publisher preferred.
• Understanding of Oracle module configurations and integration points.
• Troubleshooting data conversions, integrations and software problems creatively.
• College degree in Accounting, Finance or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical services to Finance and Business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements definition, design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Manage projects from a business owner perspective and coordinate testing and deployments.
• Oversee ERP/EPM configuration migrations between environments.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and training materials.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support audits with internal/external teams.
• Support monthly close, planning, forecasting, and financial statements.
