Job summary

University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is seeking an Oracle Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards across Oracle Cloud ERP to support business decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse. The position includes onsite work 1–3 days per month and collaboration with BSAs, data warehouse teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in relational databases, SQL, or SDLC projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst supporting Oracle Cloud SCM/HCM/Financials.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and standards.
• Ability to model complex data and translate business needs into reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards across Oracle Cloud ERP to support decision-making.
• Partner with BSAs, integration teams, and data warehouse developers to ensure consistent reporting across systems.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and support during month-end, year-end, and key cycles.
• Occasional onsite work expected (1–3 days per month) to meet department needs.
