Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused Oracle OFS Consultant to modernize field service operations for utilities clients. The role combines OFS expertise with strong consulting, communication, and Scrum delivery skills to align priorities across business, technology, testing, training, and offshore teams.

You will translate operational needs into scalable OFS configurations that improve workforce productivity and customer experience, while guiding teams through new ways of working.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience on Oracle Field Service Cloud solution applications.
Minimum 3 years as a Technical Designer on an Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation.
Minimum 3 years working with Configuration Tools components and Java/Groovy.
Minimum 2 years in field service operations, dispatch, scheduling optimization, or related areas.

Responsibilities

Support Oracle OFS transformation programs for utilities clients, including process redesign, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption.
Review acceptance criteria and solution design provided in the Features.
Create Technical Design documents aligned with solution design and share with Developers.
Lead walkthroughs of technical design documents with Developers.
