Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused Oracle OFS Consultant to modernize field service operations for utilities clients. You will blend hands-on Oracle Field Service experience with strong consulting, communication, and agile delivery skills.

You will work with business, technology, client, product, testing, training, and offshore teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions that boost workforce productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation.
• Minimum 3 years as Technical Designer on Oracle Field Service Cloud projects.
• Minimum 3 years with Configuration Tools components and Java/Groovy.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle OFS transformation programs for utilities clients.
• Create Technical Design documents aligned with solution design.
• Walk through technical design documents with Developers.
• Communicate technical solution and progress to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code aligns with specifications and delivers high quality results.
• Analyze and triage defects to recommend fixes.
• Define unit test cases covering key business scenarios.
• Configure and extend Oracle Utilities products to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Business/Functional Designers to align solutions.
• Lead and coach Developers on the team.
• Analyze scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, and field execution requirements.
• Support cutover activities and deployment readiness.
