Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a role supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions. The position partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members to gather requirements, map business processes, support testing, and drive successful deployment of field service capabilities.

The role involves facilitating workshops, conducting SIT/UAT, creating training materials, and ensuring documentation aligns with project standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of OFSC experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with scheduling, dispatch, and field service operations.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle OFSC implementations.
Support functional design and process mapping for field service operations.
Configure Oracle OFSC based on business needs and best practices.
Prepare functional specifications and support integration discussions with technical teams.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities.
Create training materials and provide user support during deployment.
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned to project standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end field service solutions.
