Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused Oracle OFS Consultant to help utilities modernize field service operations. You will combine hands-on OFS configuration with strong consulting, communication, and scrum delivery skills to align priorities across business, technology, client, product, testing, training, and offshore teams.

You will lead and coach developers, drive solution design and adoption, and ensure high-quality delivery across scheduling, dispatch, routing, and mobile workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years working on Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solutions.
• 3+ years as a Technical Designer on an OFS implementation.
• 3+ years configuring Tools components and Java / Groovy.
• 2+ years in field service operations, dispatch, scheduling, or related areas.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams (business, tech, testing, client, offshore).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years of work experience (or Associate's with 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle OFS transformation programs for utilities clients: process redesign, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
• Review acceptance criteria and solution design in Features.
• Create Technical Design documents aligned with the solution design.
• Walk through technical designs with Developers.
• Communicate technical solution and progress to cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code aligns with specifications and high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze and triage defects to recommend fixes.
• Define unit test cases covering key business scenarios.
• Configure and extend Oracle Utilities products to meet requirements.
• Work with Business/Functional Designers to align technical solution with approach.
• Lead and coach Developers and manage performance.
• Analyze functional, technical, and integration requirements across scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, and field execution.
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, change enablement, and stakeholder communications for OFS releases.
