Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Consultant for a 12-month+ extension in Miami, FL. The role requires hands-on OFS implementation, configuration, and integration across workforce management, routing, dispatch, and mobile field service.

Candidates should have domain experience in Construction/EPC and be able to lead workshops, manage work orders, and develop dashboards. Emphasis on mobility, data migration, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OFS implementation and configuration experience.
• Construction/EPC domain experience preferred.
• Experience integrating OFS with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead OFS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Run workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design solutions.
• Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and routing parameters.
• Implement automated scheduling and dispatch optimization.
• Manage work orders, service appointments, and crew assignments.
• Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/PPM/CRM.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and training.

Seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant with hands‑on implementation and configuration experience in workforce management, routing, scheduling, dispatch operations, and mobile field service.

• Implement automated scheduling and dispatch optimization.
• Manage work orders, service appointments, crew assignments, and emergency field requests.
• Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility for field execution.
• Support work order execution, asset inspections, material consumption, time reporting, photo capture, and GPS tracking.
• Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM Cloud, PPM, Maintenance Cloud, and CRM applications.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, production troubleshooting, and user training.
