Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) based ERP initiatives and large-scale service projects in Dallas. You will align project scope with client goals, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize delivery economics.

You will engage with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders, lead planning, budgeting, and staffing, and guide teams through project lifecycles while ensuring quality and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Experience in Architecture/Design, including solution design.
• Hands-on OFSC Core Configuration, integration with upstream/downstream systems.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

• Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Experience in Architecture/Design, including solution design.
• Hands-on experience in OFSC Core Configuration, Integration with upstream/downstream systems and Field Service Plugins.
• Knowledge and experience of implementing Work Order Management and Scheduling, Routing and Capacity Planning, Resource Management and Forecasting, Dispatch Console and Work Assignment, and Mobility and Field Technician Enablement.
• Experience in end-to-end field service solutions.
• Experience in workforce optimization.
• Experience in mobility-driven service execution.
• Experience in Fusion Service Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle ERP integrations.
• Experience in service lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of business processes related to field operations.
• Experience in requirements gathering.
• Experience in deployment and optimization of Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading managed services for Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Experience as a solution lead for Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Experience participating in and leading project lifecycle activities.
• Experience guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with Foundational Agile Kanban
• Experience with green field implementations and working on projects with Agile methodology.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
