Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of field service processes across routing, scheduling, dispatch, and mobility. Hands-on experience in workforce management and asset tracking is essential.

The role requires construction/EPC domain exposure and ability to integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OFS implementation and configuration in field service.
• Experience with workforce management, routing, scheduling, dispatch operations, and mobility.
• Construction/EPC domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure workforce structures, technicians, contractors, supervisors, dispatchers, and service regions.
• Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and routing parameters.
• Implement automated scheduling and dispatch optimization.
• Manage work orders, service appointments, crew assignments, and emergency field requests.
• Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility for field execution.
• Support work order execution, asset inspections, material consumption, time reporting, photo capture, and GPS tracking.
• Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM Cloud, PPM, Maintenance Cloud, and CRM applications.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, production troubleshooting, and user training.
