The role requires configuring workforce structures, service regions, zones, shifts, calendars, and automated dispatch. Engage in integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP/CRM and develop operational dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with workforce management, routing, scheduling, dispatch operations, and mobile field service.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure workforce structures, technicians, contractors, supervisors, dispatchers, and service regions.
• Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and routing parameters.
• Implement automated scheduling and dispatch optimization.
• Manage work orders, service appointments, crew assignments, and emergency field requests.
• Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility for field execution.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, production troubleshooting, and user training.
