Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate manufacturing data in Oracle ERP systems and to support engineering, operations, and product development. This temporary full-time role focuses on data integrity, change-management workflows, and documentation control.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years in data entry or ERP support; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in data entry, ERP administration, manufacturing support, or document control.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud or SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process approved engineering and manufacturing change requests in Oracle.
• Review source documentation for completeness and route through workflows.
• Update parts, assemblies, and manufacturing records per approved changes.
• Maintain manufacturing attributes like tooling references, crew sizes, production rates, and shift parameters.
• Create and update Oracle Work Definitions and routing sequences.
• Enter and track job instructions and revision documentation in Oracle.
