Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking an Experienced Data Entry/ERP specialist to support engineering and manufacturing change processes in Oracle. You will review documentation, update BOMs and production attributes, and maintain work definitions while ensuring accuracy and timely data handling.

This temporary, full-time role is expected to last about 90 days, with a potential extension depending on business needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in data entry, ERP administration, manufacturing data/doc control, or related role.
Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, SAP, PLM, or similar systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with attention to detail and document control.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Enter and process approved engineering and manufacturing change requests in Oracle.
Review source documentation for completeness before routing records.
Update parts, assemblies, records, and product attributes per approved changes.
Maintain manufacturing attributes like tooling references, crew sizes, and production parameters.
Create and update Oracle Work Definitions and routing sequences with required data.
Verify BOM relationships and links to approved documents.
Route and track job instructions through approval workflows.
