Job summary

The Gorilla Glue Company is seeking a Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate manufacturing and product data in Oracle ERP systems. This temporary full-time role supports engineering, operations, packaging, supply chain, and product development by entering, updating, validating, and managing manufacturing records and documentation.

The position supports data integrity, change-management workflows, job instruction administration, work definition maintenance, and production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of data entry, ERP administration, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, SAP, PLM, or equivalent systems preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook with attention to data governance.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process approved engineering and manufacturing change requests in Oracle.
• Review source documentation for completeness before routing records through workflows.
• Update parts, assemblies, manufacturing records, and product attributes per changes.
• Maintain manufacturing attributes including tooling references, crew sizes, and production rates.
• Create and update Oracle Work Definitions using approved specifications.
• Enter routing sequences, operations, labor and machine resources, and production parameters.
• Verify component relationships and links to approved BOMs.
• Maintain work definitions for internal and contract manufacturing operations.
• Create and upload job instruction records, attachments, and revision documentation in Oracle.
• Route job instructions through approval workflows and track status through publication.
• Create rework records and enter routing, material, quantity, and execution data.
• Maintain rework documentation and process approved records for release.
• Perform routine data reviews and support data cleanup and audit activities.
• Validate entries against source documents and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Escalate discrepancies to the appropriate owner and collaborate cross-functionally.
