Job summary

Cenicor Technologies Inc. is seeking an Oracle Engineer specializing in ORC Fusion with Talent & Learning, HCM, and OIC.

The role focuses on configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, building inbound/outbound integrations, and enhancing security and governance across multi-region HCM deployments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Journeys, patch impact analysis, and a strong background in agile and waterfall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound/outbound integrations for Oracle HCM using File and API-based methods
• Configure and administer ORC, Talent & Learning modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Analyze quarterly patch impact and validate changes
• Customize reports, define concurrent programs, value sets and forms
• Design and implement Oracle Journeys and advanced workflows
• Collaborate across teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Resolve SRs and ensure escalation procedures are followed
• Assist with security provisioning and access control in Oracle environments

Job description

Oracle Engineer - ORC Fusion with Talent & Learning Modules, HCM HR and OIC.

Experience of implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning

Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration

Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM

Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application

Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.

Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows. Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with Agile & Waterfall Analysis

Experience on Oracle Journeys

Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.

Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.

Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System

Nice to Have

Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.

Experience on Documentum

Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle

Knowledge on LLM's

Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage
