Job summary

Programmers.io seeks an Oracle Engineer to implement ORC Fusion with Talent & Learning, HCM HR and OIC in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop inbound/outbound integrations, consume Oracle APIs, and support patch analysis within a complex enterprise environment.

Required experience includes multi-region HCM configuration, DFF/EFF customization, and security provisioning. Familiarity with Oracle Journeys, SR processes, and design systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning.
• Multi-region/country Oracle HCM ORC Talent configuration & administration.
• Develop inbound/outbound file and API based integrations for Oracle HCM.
• Experience consuming Oracle delivered APIs and integrating with enterprise applications.
• HCM patches impact analysis & validation experience.
• Customization: DFF/EFF, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, forms, functional setups.
• Workflows development, implementation, and customization; full project lifecycle; Agile & Waterfall.
• Experience with Oracle Journeys and Oracle SR processes for issue resolution & escalation.
• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies; CRP and fit gap analysis.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System; security provisioning and access issues.
• Experience on Documentum; Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI, and LLMs in Oracle.
• Familiar with HCM ADP connector; Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) familiarity; code deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning.
• Configure and administer multi-region Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations for Oracle HCM (files/APIs).
• Consume Oracle APIs and integrate with enterprise apps.
• Analyze HCM quarterly patches and validate impact.
• Customize DFF/EFF, reports, value sets, forms, and setup.
• Lead workflows across projects with Agile/Waterfall lifecycles.
• Work with Oracle Journeys and SR processes for resolution.
• Conduct CRP and fit-gap analyses; adhere to Redwood Design System.
• Ensure security provisioning and resolve access issues; familiarity with Documentum.
