Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in Dallas, TX seeks a Lead Oracle EBS functional Specialist to drive hands-on solution leadership and delivery for Oracle EBS financials. You will own governance, oversee production support, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and business alignment.

Key focus areas include OTC and P2P cycles, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement of processes. Travel to client sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in managing Oracle application support operations.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Oracle EBS financial applications skills in AP, AR, GL, CM, iSupplier and specialized in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills.
• Strong attention to detail with written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Client point of contact for daily operational delivery and issue resolution.
• Deliver weekly and monthly status reports and performance reports. Develop and distribute operational performance reports and analytics to stakeholders.
• Refine and improve Operations and Service procedures, standards, and policies to conform to firm and client requirements for supported pillar. Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Provide client delivery support with timely reporting and deliver insights via KPIs and SLAs.
• Work with onshore and offshore client delivery teams to support data analysis and issue management; drive efficiency through process automation.
• Encourage communication of new ideas and manage service quality issues related to SLAs and delivery quality.
