Job summary

XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, combining people, technology and assets to drive results. The Lead Engineer, Financial Systems, will collaborate with Accounting, Procurement and Business Line groups to support Oracle applications across GL, Receivables, Payables, Purchasing, Inventory and Assets.

You will develop highly complex processes, perform testing and documentation, act as a subject matter expert in Oracle EBS, and oversee third‑party integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or closely related field.
• At least five years' post-bachelor’s progressive experience in Oracle EBS, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• Experience as SME in Oracle EBS processes, troubleshooting, change management, code review, and documentation.
• Experience with Oracle ERP configuration, month-end close, and IT/business liaison.
• Experience with third‑party application integrations with Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle applications including GL, Receivables, Payables, Purchasing, Inventory and Assets.
• Develop complex processes, test, and document application projects and enhancements.
• Serve as SME in Oracle EBS processes.
• Lead integrations with Oracle EBS and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement and Business Line staff.
