Job summary

Civil Recruit is seeking a Lead Specialist to direct Oracle EBS financial application support, with emphasis on Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles. You will manage production support operations, deliver performance insights, and ensure delivery quality for clients.

The role requires at least 10 years of Oracle application experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong financial process knowledge. Travel as needed and US work authorization are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls.
• Oracle EBS financial applications skills in AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier.
• Experience supporting Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
• Experience with production support operations, service management, operational reporting, performance reporting, analytics, data analysis, and issue resolution.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel as necessary; US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client point of contact for daily delivery and issue resolution.
• Lead delivery for Oracle EBS financial apps (AP/AR/GL/CM/iSupplier).
• Support O2C and P2P cycles across end-to-end processes.
• Deliver weekly and monthly status reports and performance analytics.
• Provide client insights using KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for data analysis and inquiries.
• Log, manage, and resolve operational issues; maintain visibility of service quality.
• Refine procedures and policies to align with client requirements.
• Drive efficiency through business process improvements and automation.
• Review ideas and drive action on service quality and SLA attainment.
