• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to resolve client inquiries and issues.

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Specialist, Oracle Support Delivery to lead the delivery, management, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial application support, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.


• The role will oversee production support operations, stakeholder engagement, service management, performance reporting, and service quality to ensure system stability and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle EBS financials expertise, proven operational leadership, and experience managing client-facing support delivery across onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client point of contact for daily operational delivery, incident management, and issue resolution.


• Lead Oracle EBS financial application support operations, ensuring service quality, system stability, and adherence to SLAs.


• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports, performance metrics, KPIs, and operational analytics to stakeholders.


• Develop and continuously improve operational procedures, service standards, and support policies to meet client and organizational requirements.


• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to research and resolve client inquiries, analyze data, validate inputs, and manage issues.


• Provide timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights to support client delivery and business objectives.


• Drive continuous improvement through business process optimization, task automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations.


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA or MIS preferred.


• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, accounting principles, financial controls, and accounting impacts.


• Hands‑on functional knowledge of Oracle EBS financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and iSupplier.


• Specialized knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) business processes.


• Experience managing client‑facing support delivery, service performance, KPIs, and SLAs.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.


• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and service quality.
