Infosys Oracle unit is a global leader in Oracle services, delivering solutions across industries and accelerating digital transformation. This role, Package Project Lead 1, focuses on Oracle EBS Time & Labor and Payroll implementations and ongoing support.

You'll coordinate timelines and resource needs, facilitate cross-team collaboration with clients, and guide development, integration, and testing to meet quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle eBS Time and Labor and Payroll.
• Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suites experience including Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR.
• Full lifecycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and manage resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders through meetings, sprints, and phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization of Oracle EBS packages to meet requirements.
• Monitor deliverables to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
