Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience required.
• Location is anywhere in the US and travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• Experience with at least one Oracle EBS 12.2.x upgrade.
• Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
• Experience testing integrations with external/internal systems.
• Understanding of software engineering practices and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end upgrade activities: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Configure HCM HR and OTL modules.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support cutover/go-live and hypercare.
• Share domain knowledge with teammates and ensure cross‑module integration.
