Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle eBS Time and Labor.
• Experience with Oracle eBS Payroll.
• Oracle EBS HRMS expertise in services organizations.
• 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS HRMS (Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR).
• Experience with Oracle Time and Labor integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Global Payroll integrations.
• Experience with Oracle HR/Workday integrations.
• Experience with benefit interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle Absence interfaces.
• Knowledge of Payroll interfaces (Oracle Global View / Celergo).
• Experience with Smart Recruiters interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle custom reports.
• Experience delivering implementation strategy: requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training.
• Knowledge of data migration/conversion for Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders with regular meetings and sprints.
• Support development, integration, and customization of Oracle packages per requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders via effective communication.
• Identify and deliver innovative solutions while balancing project economics.
